Darth Vader Will Be Back?

The smartest thing Disney can do is bring back Darth Vader, but how?

There's no doubt about it. Darth Vader is the best movie villain of all time and no matter how much they will try, they will never create another Star Wars villain with the same impact. From the moment I saw his iconic mask, I knew he was the perfect bad guy.

Darth Vader is not only the most recognizable character in Star Wars, he's one of the most recognizable characters in movie history, even among people who've never even seen the films. With such a recognized image, Disney would obviously want to include him in just about every Star Wars movie for generations to come. The trouble is, he's dead, but I don't think that's a problem for the writers.

Why Didn't Darth Vader Look For His Son, Luke Skywalker?

If you ask me, they didn't exactly hide Luke Skywalker form his father, so why didn't he look for him?

In The Empire Strikes Back, Darth Vader makes it clear to Luke Skywalker that he knows he is his son, so it raises the question... if he knew Luke was his son, why didn't he look for him sooner?

Think about it. We know Leia was immediately taken away to another planet (Alderaan), and raised as Princess Leia Organa, so that her father couldn't find her, but Luke wasn't exactly hidden. He was taken back to, of all places Anakin's home planet of Tatooine... to be taken care of by his Aunt Beru and Uncle Owen Lars. Since he has no father, Aunt Beru is presumed to be his mother's sister Beru Skywalker Lars.

Why Didn't Ben Kenobi and Darth Vader Recognize R2-D2 and C-3PO?

R2-D2 and C-3PO were in every Star Wars movie, including the sequels, yet Darth Vader and Ben Kenobi don't seem to recognize them in the original.

One of the odd things about the Star Wars prequels is that they left quite a few holes in the plot that don't quite fit.

The fact that Ben Kenobi has no reaction when he first sees them is one of those plot holes. In fact, he makes it a point of saying "I don't recall ever owning any droids.", even though they spent a great of time together in all 3 sequels.

Not only did the two droids appear in the prequels, but they reveal that young Anakin Skywalker / Darth Vader actually BUILT C-3PO himself.
