If you have a choice to hire somebody with NO skills... or somebody with NO integrity, which would you choose?
When it comes to hiring people, or choosing the right person in an election, the choices aren't always black and white. Sometimes somebody stands out because they have an impressive resume showing they have either great skills and credentials, or outstanding character, but no specific skills for the position they're applying for. When that happens, what do you do?
To me the answer is simple, you always pick the candidate with the most integrity.
