Calculations in a snap!
One of my favorite Apps is called MyScript Calculator. Unlike most calculator programs, MyScript Calculator doesn't have a traditional number pad interface. It lets you do complex math calculations by hand writing the numbers on the screen.
I was blown away by the concept. It was not only faster than using a number pad, it also lets you solve equations by putting a question mark where you need to find a value.
It works so well, it made me wonder if there was a way to take it to another level. Why not let you hand write the numbers or the equation, and simply take a photo?
Just imaging how revolutionary that would be. You could check the math on a hand written receipt, or simply write a column of numbers and get a sum. What could be easier than that?
