Photo Labs Should Crop Paper, Not Photos

I hate when photo labs crop my photos.
Have you ever noticed than when you order prints of your photos, there's a good chance that some of your photo has been cropped out? Most of the time you won't notice it, but from time to time part of somebody's head will be cut off and you'll swear to yourself that you ligned up the photo perfectly when you shot it.
This is because the "Aspect Ratio" of your photo is different from the Aspect Ratio of the paper size you selected. The trouble is, most labs stick to a fixed list of popular paper sizes such as 4x6, 5x7, and 8x10. This means that if your camera has an Aspect Ratio of 3:2, a 5x7 or 8x10 photo isn't possible without some form of cropping.
To me, the solution is simple, rather than forcing people to crop their photos, why don't they cut the paper to match the Aspect Ratio of each camera?
Photo labs today print photos from paper that comes on a roll, so all the need to do is adjust where it cuts so that they can accommodate ANY Aspect Ratio.
Although it may be a challenge finding frames that come in alternate Aspect Ratios, if more labs offered these alternate Aspect Ratio photos, frame makers are sure to follow.
