Rent your yard for other people's Yard Sales... New Business Idea

Do you have a big yard or empty garage, on a street with lots of traffic? Why not rent it to people who don't?
This may sound like a crazy idea, but some of the best ideas start out that way. The main thing you need for a business idea to work is to find something that you know people like, then sell it to them.
Let's face it, some people would love to have a garage or yard sale, but they simply can't. In business, that's an untapped demand, and an opportunity for somebody to do something about it.
Everyone loves a good Yard Sale
A yard sale is a great way to get rid of unwanted stuff, without throwing perfectly good things into the garbage. What's better than seeing your beloved things finding new homes, while also putting some cash in your pocket?
If you rent your space every week, you'll even get a steady stream of regular customers
The more often you rent your space, the more popular your location will be, which is good for you, and the people renting your lawn. Talk about win-win!
Here's another idea... You can earn even more if you set up a BBQ or refreshment booth.
