How much do you love your job?
Here's something to think about. Imagine a world where every job had the exact same salary. We do our jobs and at the end of the week, everyone's paycheck is the same. Doctors, lawyers, street cleaners and sewer cleaners earn the same income.
If this were the case... Would YOU still be doing the same job?
If you answered no, it probably means you gave up one what you REALLY wanted to do, just because it didn't pay as much as you wanted.
It's not an easy question, because somewhere between our youth, when we didn't think about money, and our adult life, most of us abandoned those ideas and followed an entirely different path.
There is no right or wrong answer. Everyone has to make a living, so choosing a profession based on income is pretty common. For example, it's not easy making a living as a singer or dancer, however many people end up giving up on their true passions, and that's a shame.
If quitting your current job to pursue a low paying one isn't an option, you should consider at least finding a way to do what you love part time.
