Technology Scalpers Suck. Nintendo Switch Blues.

Why does Amazon allow Technology Scalpers?
For some reason, whenever new game consoles come out from Sony, Nintendo, and Microsoft they have a hard time building enough of them to meet demand, which creates a huge opportunity for Technology Scalpers to take advantage of people willing to pay a premium just to get their hands on them.
For example, ever since the Nintendo Switch was released about a month or so ago, it's virtually impossible finding one... at the regular price. What really bugs me is that at any time, there are at least 500 third-party sellers on Amazon selling them for at least $200 above the list price. How is it that all these third party sellers have plenty of them in-stock, meanwhile Amazon, the world's largest retailer has never even taken one order from their own inventory... at regular price?
To me the root of the problem is that Amazon makes it so easy for scalpers to find customers willing to pay a premium that it created a huge market for Technology Scalping. They line up outside stores like Target and Best Buy every morning waiting for the deliveries to come in, so they can buy the entire inventory and sell them on Amazon and eBay.
Amazon has the power to stop this. All they need to do is restrict third party sellers for the first few months of a product's release, and give people a way to pre-order new items at the regular price, just like Apple does.
Speaking of Apple, how is it that Apple manages to produce millions of new items within the first couple of weeks after announcing new products, and they manage to let people order them on launch day without any problems? I realize they are often backordered within hours of a new launch, but unlike sites like Amazon, Best Buy, and Target, they continue taking orders rather than saying "Sold Out".
It's been nearly two months since the release of the Nintendo Switch and I still can't find a single site that has an option to either order it or pre-order it. This only gives Tech Scalpers more of a reason to keep raising prices.
