Audio Library For iOS and Mac OS X. A Place For Voicemail and Voice / Audio Recordings.

Apple needs to create a dedicated library for audio recordings.
One of my favorite things about Apple is the way they pay attention to detail. They were the first to have dedicated places for photos, videos and music, making it easy for people to organize the most common types of media.
We take it for granted that when we take a photo or shoot a video, it's going to be in our photo library, or if we store our music, it'll be in our music library on iTunes, but what about the other media we accumulate?
The trouble is, there is no dedicated place for things like voicemail archives, voice memos and other audio recordings.
Without a library for audio recordings, Voice memos recorded using the Apple Voice Recorder App can't be accessed by other Apps. Ideally, any App that saves voice memos or other audio recordings should save them to the one shared audio library. By creating a library, you not only make it easier for audio Apps to share recordings, but make it easier to share files with desktop computers.
Voicemail has a temporary home, but, as I mentioned in an earlier idea There's no way to archive voicemail as an MP3 and move it to your computer.
It's crazy that thousands of audio Apps in the App store can't share the same files without complicated import / export options.
Just like the Photo Library, each App would need to get your permission to access the Audio Library. This would enable you to take a recording made with the Voice Memos App and use it in Garage Band or thousands of other audio Apps.
Summary: There are tens of thousands of audio Apps on iOS, but none of them can share recordings without emailing files to yourself and importing. There should be an Audio Library for sound recordings so Apps can share recordings, just as image Apps now share the Photo Library.
