Do you know how long you or your children spend watching TV or playing video games? You'd be surprised at how long the typical teenager spends playing video games.
I think most people today don't, so today's Idea of the Day is a TV and Video Game Odometer setting that measures how long you watch TV or play video games, so families can make smart choices for how much time they spend using the TV.
