Email Notification For Parking Tickets

Don't you hate when you get a late notice for a parking ticket that blew away?
The worst thing about paying a parking ticket is paying even more because it's late, especially when you never even saw the ticket. The solution would be for the DMV to link your license plate number to your email address and send you an instant notification whenever you get a ticket.
This should be pretty easy for them to implement because they already have millions of email addresses on file from people who've paid for renewals, or another parking ticket online.
Taken one step further, they should also be able to use whichever credit card you used for your online payments to give you a one-click way to pay the ticket directly from the email, which makes it even easier to insure you don't get a penalty for paying late.
