Let your kids be kids.

Have you noticed that a lot of parents push their kids to dress and act like Hollywood Stars?
I'm not sure why, but a lot parents want their sons to look macho and their daughters to look like glamour models. 13 year old girls wear slinky, low-cut dresses and makeup to their 8th grade prom. Boys wear Ed Hardy t-shirts with skulls on them and other designs that you'd expect from a biker gang... and they can't wait to sport their first tattoos.
Remember when kids were just kids?
Not too long ago, girls weren't obsessed with looking sexy, and boys were comfortable just playing sports.
I think a lot of the pressure is coming from parents, who think their kids don't look "Cool"... like the big stars. They forget that those stars were just regular kids once.
